Clothing: Solid colors and subtle patterns
work best; large patterns or shiny/glittery fabrics can result in a distracting photograph. If you are unsure, feel free to bring a few options to confirm. Avoid any clothing with identifiers, such as logos or flags, unless it is related to the professional nature of your work.
For your convenience, a changing tent will be available to use at your session.
Printing: I am in touch with multiple high-quality headshot printers that I regularly use for my prints. Please ask for a quote if you would like me to handle printing; I will collect your mailing address and have your desired print quantity shipped directly to you.
Savannah is a graduate of UNC Charlotte with a BA in Theatre and has been shooting professionally since 2015. Her academic training included best practices for professional headshot photography for actors and appropriate ways to compose and edit the shot to create the most compelling photograph. Her most popular market is cosplay photography, where she takes photos of handmade costumes, armor, wigs, and other wearable art to showcase the creator's skills and merchandise. Her work has been used in partnerships with Spoonflower, Hot Topic, and EmbellishFX.
“Savannah was professional, quick, and put me right at ease! I actually purchased some professional headshots as a gift for my friends who were changing careers and going into higher ed and Savannah had such a relaxing presence with each and every one of them. All of the shots came out beautifully and I won’t be going to anyone else for my photography needs!”
